Tracking is provided after your order has been sent. If you haven't received tracking in 7 (Business Days) it hasn't been sent yet. Please do not contact us until it has been longer than 7 (Business Days) about getting your tracking number.
Typical DOMESTIC Delivery Time:
Our typical delivery time is 5-7 (Business Days) for Domestic orders.
OVERSEAS ORDERS:
Overseas orders can take 2-6 weeks for delivery.
Some countries customs may charge you fees. We are not responsible for those fees.
Loss or theft:
BIG HF Supplements is NOT RESPONSIBLE for lost, stolen, damaged or misplaced packagesonce it's in the hands of UPS/FEDEX or USPS or any other mail carrier not listed here.
It is the responsibility of the customer to contact the carrier/delivery provider if they wish to pursue any claim so for reimbursement.
We DO NOT investigate these issues.
We DO NOT reimburse or assume the responsibility for the stolen product.
Incorrect addresses: Please make sure your address is entered correctly when placing your order. We are NOT responsible for lost packages due to incorrect labeling on the customers part.
Return To Sender:
Customer is responsible for the reshipping fees for incorrect addresses.
Exchanges and returns:
We DO NOT offer exchanges. Exact measurements and details are provided under each products description.
Refunds: We do not offer refunds unless there's an issue with the product. No accidental charges will be refunded.
